How To Feel More Joy & Create A Positive Mindset


Can I ask you a few questions?


Do you struggle with being positive or feeling happy most days?


Do you struggle with truly believing the affirmations you say to yourself or do you not even bother with saying them because you think it’s a waste of time?


Do you find yourself feeling envious of other peoples lives and wonder if you will ever feel that happy or be that successful or ever get to experience things like this in your life or have that same positive outlook like they do?


I ask you these questions because I really struggled personally and professionally with all of these thoughts. I found myself in such a negative state that even I didn’t want to be around the person I had become and that’s a pretty awful feeling.


It’s hard to become the person you want to be in this life or experience those things you are craving personally or professionally with this type of mindset.


So how in the world can you go from thinking these things and living this way to being positive, joyful and turning everything around?


1. It starts with the things you say to yourself. Every time a negative comment or thought comes into your mind or out of your mouth recognize it and replace it with something encouraging/positive.

2. The people you surround yourself matters. Typically misery loves company. Surround yourself with people that make you want to become a better person.

3. What you fill your mind with on a consistent basis matters so much. Choose to listen to podcasts/personal development books that can strengthen your mindset and confidence.

4. How you talk about yourself internally and externally matters. Remember if you don’t have anything nice to say it, don’t say it.
