Gluten & Dairy Free Chunky Monkey Cookies Plus 7 More Healthier Cookie Recipes




Let’s make these delicious gluten and dairy free chocolate chip Chunky Monkey cookies. 


8 Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup organic almond flour, packed

  •   3 tbsp organic coconut flour

  •   ½ tsp baking soda

  •   ¼ cup organic brown coconut sugar (I use Big Tree Farms. It’s unrefined & low glycemic)

  •   ¼ tsp Redmond salt

  •   3 large ripe organic bananas mashed

  •  1 cup of Gluten & dairy free dark chocolate 

  • 3/4 cup of pecans halves


Next let’s preheat the oven to 375. Add  parchment paper to the cookie sheet.   


Mash the three bananas. In a separate bowl add all the dry ingredients together and mix well. Now add the dry mixture to the bananas and beat together for just a little under 1 minute. Then stir the chocolate chips and pecans.


Use a cookie scoop and then flatten each cookie. Makes 24 cookies. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool for 20 minutes prior to enjoying. They lasted two days in our home try to beat that, lol.
