3 Day Plant Based Cleanse

Tuesday morning I woke up bloated, cranky, my skin was breaking out like a teengaer and I knew my nutrition had gotten way off track. I enjoyed too many snacks and cocktails during the hurricane last week, which continued well into the weekend. Thankfully I had a 3 day day plant based cleanse in my cabinet I had ordered a few weeks back. I started it that morning and after three days my body is so thankful I completed this. I did feel some brain fog on Wednesday and Thursday. I wasn't hungry but did have some cravings at night, but refused to give in and just kept telling myself it's just 3 days.
