Headed To Thanksgiving More Thankful This Year

Imagine slipping on your favorite pair of pants, not having to wiggle into them or suck it in or squat in them serveral hundred times hoping to loosen them up. You just slide them on. Then you grab your bra and notice there is nothing bulging over the sides and it fits you perfectly so it's time to slip on that cute top, tuck it in and rock that new leopard belt you just bought. You are heading to a family gathering and you are just feeling so thankful you decided to make your mind, body & soul a priority. Gosh this feels so stinking good. You feel more confident in your own skin, you feel more energized, you feel stronger and you can't help but feel happier. This is what I want for you

Acai Superfood Bowl

We love Acai bowls and if we can't get to Tres Palmas our favorite place to grab them, I finally learned how to make them at home. It took a couple tries because if you add to much liquid the acai smoothie mixture can become watery and you want it to have a thick texture, verses a watery one. So I learned less is more with liquid when attempting this recipe. Quick Healthy Chili

I may not be a fan of cooking but I am a fan of quick healthy meals that my family enjoys! I am also not a fan of finding recipes online that require me to read twelve pages prior to the blogger sharing the recipe, so if you are like me I hope you appreciate me keeping this short and sweet!
