Do you need something to satisfy that sweet tooth? Do you need a healthier option at night or to nibble on when your kids get home from school? These are filling, delicious, clean & 21 day fix approved. How many can you eat? As many as you can fit into a yellow container if you are following the nutrition plan from Beachbody or 3/4 cup if you are trying to eat clean.
This is super easy to make & you may need to hide them because these do not last long in my home with all three of my children. These chocolate protein balls are super easy to make too!
So here are the ingredients you need:
1 scoop of chocolate shakeology
1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter (melted if you use a different brand then I do)
2 table spoons of crushed pecans
2 tablespoons of the darkest chocolate chips you can find
1 cup of oats
1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon of natural or organic honey
Put them all in a bowl & then mix well together. After you have mixed the ingredients together roll the mixture into balls and then store in your fridge.
Enjoy this healthy sweet tooth snack! Guilt free, but doesn't taste like it should be.
