Who is in need of an easy, flavorful & healthy recipe the whole family will love???
One thing I have learned on my wellness journey is that eating healthy doesn’t have to taste boring. My husband gave this a 10/10 so I can’t wait for y’all to make this.
This is recipe is great for a hearty lunch or dinner. It will provide a ton of greens, veggies, protein and fiber filled carb. You can cook everything on a Sunday and you’ll have lunches for the week or a healthy dinner all ready to go for any night you’re short on time.
BBQ Chicken Bowl Ingredients:
1 container of organic butter lettuce (grab whatever size you need dependent on how many people you will be feeding)
4 Shredded Organic boneless chicken breasts
Gluten free BBQ sauce

Let’s make this: cook the chicken covered in BBQ sauce in a crock pot for four hours. Then shred the chicken. Add the lettuce to your bowl and top with chicken, coleslaw, sweet potatoes and drizzle BBQ sauce on top. This recipe will serve four. No dressing is needed because it’s that flavorful 🙌🏼
Roasted sweet potato recipe:
