High Protein & Fiber Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding Recipe

One thing that will help you on your wellness journey feel full and satisfied is making sure you’re getting enough protein and fiber at each meal. Most women I work 1:1 with are eating on average half of what their daily intake should be. If that’s you it may be why you feel so hungry, have low energy, feel moody and why you struggle to achieve or sustain the healthier lifestyle you’re trying to live. I want you to know that your wellness journey should be and can be enjoyable!! Which is great news isn’t it??!!! 

This easy, delicious and satiating grab n go recipe is packed with 35 grams of protein + 17 grams of Fiber (gluten free) 🥳which means you’re going to feel full and satisfied for hours 🙌🏼

This is a great breakfast option or if you’re like me in between brunch and dinner works well. 

Chocolate peanut butter chia pudding recipe

(makes 3 servings):

3 cups of Malk Milk 

3 scoop of chocolate peanut butter grass fed whey

6 tablespoons of organic chia seeds 

3 tablespoons of organic peanut butter 


1-2 tablespoons of organic shredded coconut 

1/2 cup organic raspberries 

1 tablespoons of mini chocolate chips 

Blend the 4 ingredients for a minute. Then pour into three cups and cover with the toppings. Stick in the fridge and they’re ready to enjoy the next day.
