No Bake 6 Ingredient Monster Protein Bite Recipe

One of the most eye opening things I have learned since losing weight and creating a healthier lifestyle is that if we want to feel good and stay feeling good then what we are consistently putting into our body matters. Your body will let you know whether or not something allows it to feel it’s best. Honestly I truly did not know how good we were designed to feel until I got consistent with healthier habits and that feeling has only gotten better as I have refined things along the way. Let me tell you how I feel when I eat something that is not good for me. I feel moody, not as energized, blah, sometimes bloated and just not great. Which motivates the heck out of me to keep making healthier choices because why would I want to keep feeling like that?
If we have healthier options in our homes especially that are grab and go we are all more likely to make healthier choices and feel better. Who doesn’t want that for themselves or their family?
I can’t wait for you to make these and hear how you and your family liked them! Will you come back and let me know in the comments?
These are the exact ingredients I used to make these:
1 cup of almond flour
1 cup of organic peanut butter (no added ingredients)
¼ cup of raw organic honey by Lineage https://lineageprovisions.com/FRESHFITKATE Discount code: FRESHFITKATE
3 scoops of vanilla swirl peanut butter protein powder by Just Ingredients here is the link to order this: https://justingredients.us/FRESHFITKATE Discount code: FRESHFITKATE
3 tablespoons of water
2-3 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips by Pascha and/or 2-3 tablespoons of chocolate gems by Unreal
Mix everything together, roll the mixture into at least 20 servings, place in a glass container and store in the fridge.I would love to tell you they last up to a week but good luck with that. It's been a few days here.
