How To Make Healthier Christmas Cookies
I don't know about you but the last thing I want to feel on my wellness journey is deprived. I love food and I love sweets especially during the holidays. I also love baking holiday Christmas cookies with my family so I knew that was one tradition I did not want to give up but I also did not want to give up feeling this good, so I decided it was time I needed to learn how to make healthier recipes. How do we do that? Swapping ingredients out with healthier options! Adding healthy fats, swapping out white sugar for my favorite coconut sugar and getting in organic wherever we can in these recipes helps. Our goal is to reduce our sugar spikes and processed ingredients to help us not experience the negative side effects those provide.
