4 Ingredient Caramel Dip
If you love Caramel and need a healthier recipe that is gluten & dairy free you are in luck!
Most store bought caramels are loaded with High fructose corn syrup (causes a slew of health issues) processed sugars and chemicals our bodies do not recognize. This recipe will replace those unhealthy versions 🙌🏼
You are not going to want to miss out on making this easy 4 ingredient healthy Caramel indulgent tasting recipe!
1. 15 organic dates (remove pit)
2. 1/4 cup of organic maple syrup
3. 1 tablespoon of organic virgin coconut oil
4. 3/4 unsweetened vanilla almond Malk milk
Boil a cup of hot water and pour over your dates. Let them soak in the hot water for 15-30 minutes, then drain them. Add all four ingredients to your blender and blend for one minute.
You can enjoy right away or let it cool then stick in your fridge to thicken even more for 30 minutes, then enjoy!
