3 Ingredient Christmas Cookies


I want to help you keep feeling great this holiday season by sharing some treats you can easily make to bring to work, parties or have at home.


If you don’t like bananas you will taste it in this recipe so this won’t be a fan fav for you but I’ll share another recipe this week without the 🍌


Ingredients:

2 ripe 🍌

1 cup of unsweetened organic coconut shreds

1/2 cup of Artisan Kettle organic dark chocolate chips (no sugar added)


Time to make them:


Step 1: Turn the oven on to 350


Step 2: Mash the bananas with a potato masher


Step 3:add in the cup of coconut and mix together.


Step 4: place on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake for 25 minutes.


Let them completely cool.


Now melt the chocolate and drizzle on top of the cookies.


I keep mine in the fridge.
