Heavily medicated for depression & anxiety ✔️


Not an ounce of confidence left in me ✔️


Never felt good ✔️


No energy✔️


Ashamed of who I had become from within✔️


Didn’t recognize the woman staring back at me in the mirror✔️


Deleted or avoided being in pictures✔️


Ashamed of the unhealthy example I was for my kids as I preached to them the importance of being healthy✔️


Avoided social situations because I just felt so incredibly uncomfortable in my own skin✔️


Miserable & negative✔️

I think that’s why starting this journey was really hard because I had to learn how to get the inside right if I truly wanted to live a lifestyle I could maintain and there was a lot of work that needed to be done little by little.


I had to learn how to change my thoughts and daily habits I had had for years.


It’s why I can’t say it enough on this platform or to my clients: once you learn to get the inside right, the outside naturally falls into place.


You don’t have to be thin or the skinniest version of yourself to feel or be beautiful, confident, worthy or happy. Healthy is the goal and that looks different on every single one of us.


I love being able to help clients learn how to feel so amazing from within by giving them all the tools, resources, support, accountability & community that helped me on my own journey.


Feeling incredible from within is the true gift to give ourselves and when you feel that good from within you can’t help but radiate that feeling on the outside.
