Gluten + Dairy Free Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe


Do you have a sweet tooth? Do you struggle with being able to satisfy it in a healthier way? If so I am glad you’re here 😘


Get ready to learn something so simple that can help you lose weight (read to the end) and save this recipe so you can satisfy your sweet tooth in a healthier way with these delicious gluten + dairy free pumpkin chocolate chip cookies.


Ingredients needed:

* ½ cup organic canned pumpkin

* ½ cup organic peanut butter (no added oils or sugars)

* ⅓ cup Big Tree Farms Organic brown coconut sugar

* 1 tsp organic vanilla

* ⅓ cup blanched almond flour

* ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

* ½ tsp baking soda

* ¼ tsp Redmond salt

* 1/3 cup of dark chocolate chips (gluten + dairy free)

Mix all the wet ingredients togethers then add in the dry, mix together and then add your chocolate chips. Stick in the fridge for 44 minutes. Then use a cookie scooper to place 12 scoops of cookie dough on your baking sheet. Set the oven at 350 degrees and bake for 14-15 minutes. Let them cool and store in a glass container in your freezer for 2-3 weeks.


Now anytime you want to satisfy that sweet tooth in a healthier way you can with these.


Tip: remember to slowly savor, enjoy and taste these. Do not eat while on your phone or engaging in another activity. When you eat all you should focus on is that food and the company your with ❤️ something many of us have gotten away with and we need to get better at.

There was a study done by Harvard university over a three month period, not only did the participants lose an average of 9 pounds they reported less hunger, anxiety, stress, depression and binge eating.
