GF & DF Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Heart Recipe

One thing that really helped me as I lost 60 pounds as a sweet tooth lover who really craved to feel better on the inside was to take the things I did enjoy indulging in and learn how to make them healthier. So instead of buying Palmer Peanut Butter hearts for valentines day like I used to that have added sugars, seeds oils and sorbitol which is known for causing gastrointestinal issues I make these 5 healthier ingredient peanut butter chocolate chip hearts. They are gluten free, dairy free, delicious, healthier ingredients and so easy to make. Wait until you try these!
Here is the link for the heart molds I used: https://liketk.it/54EBs
This recipe is so easy to make. It’s gluten free, dairy free and healthier ingredients 🙌🏼
Ingredients:
❤️1/3 cup of Organic Coconut oil
❤️1 cup of Organic Peanut Butter (no added oils or sugars to it)
❤️1/4 of Organic Maple Syrup
❤️1 teaspoon of Organic Vanilla
❤️1/4 cup Chocolate chips (healthiest ones I like to use pascha chocolate https://amzn.to/4jGYe3M, justdate https://amzn.to/4hiE2np, hukitchen & enjoylifefoods https://amzn.to/4jGYe3M)
Heatlhier Chocolate Chips:
Let’s make these:
Add all the ingredients except the chocolate chips to a pan on your stove top. Mix the ingredients until it’s smooth. Add 1 teaspoon to a heart, then chocolate chips then another teaspoon of the mixture. Place them in the freezer for one hour and then pop out of the molds. I place them in a glass container in our freezer and allow to sit out 15 minutes prior to serving. These are delicious so I can’t wait for you to try these and let me know what you think of them.
I hope this recipe allows you and your family to enjoy a sweet treat in a healthier way this Valentine’s Day!
