Chocolate Peanut Butter Berry Overnight Oats
This healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Berry Overnight Oats dish will not disappoint!
🥣1/2 cup gluten free sprouted rolled oats, I used One Degree Organic foods
🥄 1 tablespoon chia seeds
🥄1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin spice
🥄1/2 teaspoon organic pure vanilla
🍫2 scoops of chocolate vital proteins
🍓1/2 cup of berries
🍌1/2 small banana sliced
🥜 1 tablespoon of organic peanut butter (make sure there’s no added oils or sugars)
🥛8 ounces of unsweetened Simply almond milk
You’ll want to make this the night before, so it’s ready in the am or whenever you would like to have it the next day.
Grab a mason jar. Pour the oats, chia seeds, vanilla, cinnamon, chocolate protein and mix together. Then pour the berries and bananas on top. Drizzle the peanut butter and then pour the milk on top. I take a butter knife, put it in the mason jar and run it around the whole inside of the cup to make sure the milk can soak up everything.
Cover with a lid or Plastic wrap. Stick it in the fridge for at least 12 hours prior to eating.
You can enjoy this cold or warm!
