Is your sweet tooth sabotaging your wellness goals? If so, I’m so glad you’re here!
I lost 60 pounds over a decade ago. For the longest time, I thought I had to say goodbye to the foods I loved to lose weight and keep it off. But real, lasting change happened when I learned how to properly fuel my body. I realized the ingredients I choose each day truly impact how I feel. I replaced unhealthy habits with healthier ones and got creative in the kitchen. Instead of purchasing unhealthy ice cream at the grocery store, I learned how to make recipes like this creamy, gluten-free, indulgent-tasting ice cream made with just 3 simple, healthy ingredients. This allows me to satisfy my cravings in a healthier way and continue feeling good from within.
I’m pretty confident this one’s going to satisfy your sweet tooth, and if you’ve tried pistachio ice cream before, I’m guessing you haven’t tried it with my secret ingredient. When it tastes this good straight from the blender, you know it’s a 10 out of 10. So trust me, whether you are a pistachio ice cream lover or not, you have to try this. This recipe is so easy to make. I have yet to see anyone make this recipe the way I do, so I am pretty excited for you to get your hands on this.
Ingredients:
1 container of Kalona SuperNatural Organic Cottage Cheese (full fat or low fat)
1/4 Cup Creamed Raw Organic Honey (do not substitute this, it’s what levels this recipe to a 10/10)
1 cup of Roasted and Salted Pistachios
Instructions:
1. Take all three ingredients and blend in the blender until smooth.
2. Pour into a freezer-safe glass container.
3. Place in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
4. Let it sit out on your counter for 15 minutes so it’s easier to scoop and enjoy!
Please let me know what you think of this recipe! Make sure you share this recipe with your ice cream lover family & friends, trust me they will be thankful you did!
Enjoy!
