I am so honored to help change the lives of others and am so passionate about sharing this gift of leadership.

One year ago Patty decided it was time to make her well being a priority. She's lost 123 pounds and 39.5 inches!
"No more foot/leg/back pain. Every day feels like a new beginning. I'm getting stronger, faster, can go harder and longer with my work outs. I cannot believe I can jog again and do jumping jacks!
Shopping at stores I haven't been able to go to in years! Donating all my old clothes because I will never be back in them. Feeling and knowing I am finally in control. I go into the grocery store and I love buying good clean food. I'm no longer tempted to buy junk.
I drive by fast food places without wanting to stop. I have discovered the joy of cooking! One of the biggest "aha moments" was this summer when I realized how I could do everything I wanted to do and feel great doing it!! Being overweight kept me from enjoying so many things In my life. I went to concerts, weddings, cook outs, swimming and loved every minute because not only did I felt alive again but I physically could do all those things.
It's as simple as being able to sit in a chair when I go out."

One thing I truly admired about Mia when she first joined me was that she was comfortable in her own skin. She wasn't joining me because she didn't like the way she looked, she was joining me because she didn't like the way she felt and she wanted to learn how to live a healthier lifestyle. The moment she joined my accountability group and received the tools along with the support she needed, she hit the ground running. She has been motivating and inspiring me for almost two years.
"I'm pretty excited because I've been able to keep off the 30 pounds and over 30 inches I lost in 2015 (April to October), with just a few pounds up and down. And I only gained a pound when I went on a full week vacation with my family! I've learned how much better I feel when I eat clean, but I also know that I need to treat myself now and then so I won't go off the deep end when I do! I have so much more energy, and it has made me stronger inside and out. I've set a good example for my family, and plan to keep this up forever."

Ashley's transformation has been so much more than just focusing on the numbers. It's about feeling good form the inside out. I love how determined she was and how hard she fought to make her well-being a priority. She lost a little over 30 pounds and 30 inches.
"When I look at my before and after photos, I don't look at what I've lost but what I've gained. I got to the point where I said enough was enough and I didn't want to feel this way anymore. I didn't want to be uncomfortable with the way I looked, overweight and insecure. I had a vision of what I wanted. Through the tough times I never thought about what it would do to me on the inside. How my journey would change from what I thought I should look like, to how it made me feel.
I sleep better, I have more energy to keep up my kids, I'm not sluggish and my overall mood has drastically changed. I look forward to getting up in the morning and working out. I look forward to taking care of me so I can take care of my family and physically keep up with my kids. This is a particularly tough time of year for me. My father passed almost a year ago after multiple strokes and finally a massive heart attack. That happened due to his very poor health. That will not be me.
I can honestly say I'm so proud of my accomplishments, both the outer and more importantly the inner. For anyone looking for a change in health, you can do this and it's so worth it. The struggle is real and it's hard, but it gets easier because you get stronger - physically and mentally."

Yes pregnant women are in my accountability groups. Not to lose weight, but to help hold them accountable in hopes to have a very healthy pregnancy.
Hillary worked out at cross fit the day she delivered her healthy baby boy with her supportive husband Matthew. Her journey inspired me so much, I truly wish that I had known about this when I was pregnant.
She continued her crossfit journey while in our group, along with clean eating, lots of water and incorporating Shakeology daily. Did she cave into her cravings? Of course she did but she also felt she did much better being in our group than she would have on her own. Her goal was to have the healthiest pregnancy she could have for her and her baby. She felt amazing her entire pregnancy and had energy the entire time.
Her nurses and doctors were floored by her delivery. Even better was how fabulous she felt after her natural, drug free delivery. Everyone was commenting on how great she looked and that she looked ready to workout again. When Hillary sent me this message after the delivery of her healthy baby boy, I had goose bumps head to toe.
"I just want to say thank for all you did throughout this pregnancy. It was a wonderful experience. I gained a total of 23 pounds and delivered a healthy 6 lb. 7 oz. baby boy with no drugs. I was in labour for 2 hours and pushed for 19 min to deliver him. I only tell you this because I truly think your process helped and my lifestyle made a tremendous difference. Tell all your mamas out there!!! Thank you, Katie!"

It has been an honor to be Amy's coach and be on this journey with her. Her transformation is so freaking amazing that I had to share her story and celebrate her success with you all. Her story was even featured in Fitness Edge Media Magazine!!
"I was managing myself OK for awhile - I guess I was SEMI-paying attention to what I was consuming, but this past winter, I kind of just stopped paying attention. I was just kind of eating and drinking WHATEVER. If it was a work-then-gig day, I'd probably have Wendy's for lunch, then drinks at the gig, then something off the menu at whatever bar/restaurant we were playing at AFTER the gig, then we'd probably go have more drinks after that, then I'd have whatever snack I could find when I got home. On a non-gig day I was getting home between 3:30 and 4:30 and I'd head to the couch to catch up on all my DVR-ed shows while drinking wine or moscow mules and eating popcorn until it was time for dinner, then eat dinner, then more TV and wine until I was falling asleep. Lol I shudder to type that right now...I was wasting SO MUCH TIME!
It still took me a few months to bite the bullet and whip my butt back into shape, but the day after Easter is when I decided to enter an accountability group. In the group, I got support from other people like me looking to make a lifestyle change. Since then I have lost 14 pounds, several inches, dropped 2 sizes, learned to "eat clean" (it is NOT as hard as you think), started exercising 30 minutes a day from home, started drinking Shakeology daily (YUM), learned how to still enjoy cocktails and treats and become comfortable in my own skin again!!!"

Carla’s transformation began on her 39th birthday today last year. She wanted to be healthier and feel better in her own skin for her 40th Birthday!! She has done just that! Her journey has inspired many, including myself and I always say what a gift this truly is to give yourself.
"Anyone who knows me well, knows that my whole adult life (after kids) I have struggled with weight... up and down, up and down. As I scroll through photo albums there are periods where you don't see me in any of the photos for 2 years. My weight honestly didn't hold me back from plugging into my life and I wasn't depressed. However, I was ashamed and didn't even fully face it myself. There were a few moments that started me on this journey. Seeing a candid photo my mother in law took of me (yes it was a bad angle....but holy moly there was some truth in that pic), and realizing that I hadn't taken a photo with my husband in almost 2 years. Not being able to wear my wedding ring. And getting mad when people would snap a photo of me. I started to realize how uncomfortable I was in my skin. Jeans were not comfortable, pants were not comfortable, I slowly started getting more and more stretchy clothes. Until finally (after watching Katie's journey for almost 2 years) decided I was plugging in. I bought myself the 21 day fix and Shakeology for my 39th birthday, completed that program, then T25, and then Hammer and Chisel. I set some goals, knowing that my daughter's junior year would be special and I would want to feel comfortable to take a photo at prom with her. So slowly but surely I started the groups, saw progress, but in the beginning it seemed super slow. I couldn't wait to have the results I wanted even asking Katie..... Are these results normal? I am still not 100% at goal but the progress and change that I have had has been life changing. In the last year I've lost over 56 pounds and 8 inches from my waist. I have finally found what finally works for me and I can stick with it for life because it has all of the elements of nutrition, accountability, support, exercise, and friendship."

To receive this message from my client and friend Janice just made my day!
"Had a doctors appointment last week and I'm offficially down 15 lbs and 12 inches from last year! Not to mention no meds and clean blood work. It took time, but the weight has stayed off and I'm much healthier all around. The doctor was amazed and proud that I did it in a healthy way. On a 5' 2" frame, 15 lbs is a lot! I can't even believe I was okay with that weight for so long! Being in the accountability groups for consecutive months really helped me change my lifestyle. I have good days and bad days just like everyone else. But I eat clean and I exercise almost daily. Whether it's a Beachbody DVD or the gym or a hike or bike ride with the kids, I don't let more than a day go by without doing some kind of exercise. AND I FEEL GREAT! I drink my Shakeology when I can. It's amazing what a little ME time and planning ahead can do. No matter how busy the kids and I get, we do our best to stay fit and healthy and cut a lot of JUNK out of our diet. It's true that diet is 80% and exercise 20%! I'm not one to brag, but just so excited to share the good news! Can't thank you enough for all your support and all you do to help others accomplish their goals. You are awesome!"

Brave, dedicated and inspiring is how I view this client! I am truly grateful she is allowing me to share her story in hopes that she can inspire someone that was feeling hopeless and struggling like she was just a few weeks ago.
"My life changed 10 years ago the day I had my daughter. She changed my life in so many ways it was amazing. With a new addition to the family, 100% of my attention went into taking care of her. So I let myself go not because I wanted to but because I believed that I was the last person that needed anything and I wanted to do everything for everyone else. Two years after she was born my husband and I got married. We did P90x to get into shape. I lost 30 lbs and then got pregnant on my honeymoon. With that pregnancy I had some major complications which made me very depressed and again buried myself in taking care of my family and not myself. I was able to maintain my weight but it made me uncomfortable, upset and I felt unworthy. Although my husband has always told me I am beautiful, I never thought so. About a month ago my husband told me that he wanted to have a family picture and I realized a couple things. One that it had been 6 years ago since we had one taken and secondly I told him that if we did it I wanted to be in the back of the picture. At the that time I was looking for a solution and was struggling as to how I was going to get to a place I felt better in my own skin and get healthier at the same time. I found out that my insurance covered bypass surgery 100%. I talked to a few family members and they were so against it. So I promised them I would give myself 1 year of hard work, good eating and after that if it didn't work then we were going to address it. My cousin introduced me to Katie. We talked on the phone about where I was and where I wanted to be. I decided I was going to go all in. My husband decided he would do this change with me as well, so we started the 21 Day Fix a little over 3 weeks ago in a couples challenge group with Katie. Grocery shopping was not easy at first and looking at the 21 day fix cups was daunting, but in 21 days of eating clean (I was shocked at how much I got to eat), drinking Shakeology and working out, I've lost 12.4 lbs and 19.1 inches. I have moved my belt down a couple notches, dropped a pant size, went down two shirt sizes, but more importantly I had stomach issues which are now gone and I have so much more energy already. I find myself ready to workout even after a 12 hour shift. I was also able to achieve these results and follow this plan while traveling."
