In January of 2021 my doctor recommended I remove sugar for 30 days and I was completely blown away by all the benefits that were provided and I really want to educate more women on how sugar effects not only ourselves but our family. It effects our mood, energy, skin, clarity, focus, inflammation, our health and weight.
