What we will commit to: 20 minute workouts

5 days a week

Strength training, cardio, band work plus some bonus optional spin classes tracking our water, nutrition & any supplements

You will receive daily content, encouragement, an encouraging community, accountability, tips, resources along with weekly meal plans with recipes and a holiday recipe book from me!
