Shaun T has created a combo of dance and fitness that’s easy to follow and accessible to all dance and fitness levels. Shaun T is known for getting people in the best shape of their lives with his fitness programs and powerfully motivating style. LET’S GET UP! helps you live your best life. It’s a celebration of self-confidence, body positivity, inner strength, and joy that delivers a physical AND mental transformation.

What Are the LET’S GET UP! Workouts Like?

The LET’S GET UP! program is a 30 day program, 6 days a week for only 30-35 minutes a day.

The workouts consist of simple cardio dance sequences, bodyweight resistance training, and even some INSANITY-based moves set to music!!!! Where are my INSANITY lovers at!?

The burn is going to be R E A L in this program. Just because we are dancing doesn’t mean we wont be dripping in sweat!!!

You’ll also get five bonus rhythmic stretching segments where Shaun keeps the good vibes going as he helps you stay motivated to reach your goals.

LET’S GET UP! is for anyone who’s ready to show up, show out!

Whether you’re new to fitness or you’ve already been training hard and you’re looking to have some fun, Shaun makes sure you’re set up for success with this program.

If you have no dance experience like myself, thats totally okay! Minimal coordination required!!!

Everyone is included, accepted, and empowered to become the best version of themselves. Just come as you are, and you’ll leave every class feeling amazing.

What Equipment Do I Need?

The dance workouts require no equipment. For the resistance workouts, all you need are some light to medium dumbbells.
