Ready To Feel Good?

December is right around the corner and I wanted to share what I have to offer to support my active clients starting December 1st just in case you need this!

In December I am hosting a SoulBODiMind Accountability Group, we will be diving into all things thriving (not surviving!) the holidays! You'll find the support, guidance, community, tips, resources and accountability to navigate the holiday season in a healthy way.

I am ALL about helping my clients feel their best, creating healthier habits and not living a life feeling deprived.

It's possible to feel your best with the right framework, choices, mindset and routine-in a very uncomplicated way! So for the month of December we will focus on a short task list to help us prioritize our health with simple habits during the last month of 2022!

We are going to focus on drinking water, getting outside (even if we have to bundle up), moving our bodies, prioritizing our nutrition, personal development, and gratitude! In a month where we feel like we just don’t have the time, I want to encourage you to make the time. Taking care of your Soul, BODi & Mind matters more than ever.

So what will this month look like? Each day we have a new focus:

  • Mindset Monday - Weekly motivation to help you crush your week and goals

  • Tactical Tip Tuesday - Tactical tips to help you on your journey

  • Water Wednesday - Water tips to hit your water goal each day

  • Thoughtful Thursday - Personal development recommendations

  • Just for Fun Friday - Let’s get to know each other better!

  • Healthy Holiday Dessert Swap Saturday - Swap some of your traditional holiday desserts for a healthier twist

  • Rate your Week Sunday - Evaluate your week and how you made improvements. Rate your week 1-10 and let us know how your journey is going in our SoulBODiMind community.

Our goal isn’t to go into the holidays feeling stressed, burnt out and deprived- nor are we aiming for perfection. Our goal is to feel our best and allow others to get the best of us. Hit “REPLY” to get more details on how to become a client and get yourself feeling good this holiday season!
