When we first moved to Charleston in November of 2018 I signed Shelby & I up for a spin class! Have you ever taken one?

We loved the atmosphere, the instructor had such great energy, the music pumped us up & we couldn’t believe what a great workout we got.

I contemplated about getting a membership but it was an investment of $180 a month or $1,850 for the year, so I wanted to make sure before I made that investment I could commit 100%.

Between drive time, waiting for the class to get ready & the actual class I knew I would need to time block at least 90 minutes each time I went. I could consistently & easily make a 30-45 minute workout from home happen, but 90 minutes was something I just couldn’t commit to in the season of life I was in.

So today years later I am so stinking excited because I can officially take LIVE cycling classes & have a state-of-the-art stationary bike headed to our home gym!!

* Heart rate monitor and sensors: instead of being told to use a certain resistance during class, we will be prompted to get our heart rate into a certain zone, while tracking our speed, cadence and distance! this makes it the perfect push for all fitness levels!
