My Results Are Blowing My Mind


I want to tell you I rocked the heck out of 2020 but most of the time I was allowing it to rock the heck out me.

8 weeks ago I was beyond ready to take control back over my life so much so I leveled up in ways that would push me completely out of my comfort zone, things I doubted I was capable of.

I didn’t want to go in 80/20 or 90/10, I wanted to go in in every aspect of my journey Pretty much emptied out my entire closet over the weekend because I’m never going back into those clothes

So here I am at day 51:


I have never felt so much clarity, energy or joy. I felt confident before but nothing compared to where I am at today!

Down 2.2% body fat

Down 2.4 BMI

Down 16lbs


Down 14 inches (hence the shorts not being worn in my after pic, they don’t fit).

I haven’t felt deprived at all & after day ten cravings were completely gone and let’s talk about that lower abdomen that I always thought would stay that way due to having 3 large babies-gone.

I have never felt so much control as I do today & I want to invite you to come join one of my next accountability groups so you can feel this freaking amazing too!
