If you’re tired of starting your wellness journey over every Monday, if getting dressed stresses you out, you’re feeling so overwhelmed by all the options out there, if scrolling through your social media feed makes you feel less than, then I am so glad you’re reading this. You are not alone in these feelings or thoughts.
I am so excited to invite you to my first ever faith based wellness accountability group!
Why? Because one of the biggest struggles we have as women is with our own bodies. We often struggle alone because of the shame we feel. I don’t want any of us to feel alone in these feelings. It’s the one area I believe the enemy knows he can easily do damage with our self worth, confidence along with our health spiritually, mentally and physically. Together we’re going to learn how to create habits that help us honor our mind, body and soul in a healthier way.
We begin our day one of our faith based wellness journey on November 6th.
You’ll commit to:
* Reading the book “Fit God’s way”
* 4 weeks of 30 minute Pilates workouts you can stream from anywhere
* Tracking your nutrition, water, sleep & supplements daily (inside the app)
* Showing up inside the accountability group every single day
* Attend weekly virtual calls to discuss “Fit God’s Way” as a community
You’ll be provided with community, support, accountability, recipes, meal plans, weekly calls, weekly check ins outside of the group every Sunday along with tools and resources that will help you on your wellness journey from me.
