This is the man. The man I started my journey with over 9 years ago. The man that would yell encouraging words that I needed to hear as I struggled mentally along with physically doing my modified workout, with an out of shape tired body that was carrying an extra 60lbs. I started this journey weighing 209 lbs, heavily medicated for depression/anxiety, always tired/sick & no confidence what’s so ever. I had finally hit a point in my life that I wanted to change more than I wanted to stay the same & that was my driving point. Life was only going to change, if I changed the way I was living it.

If you told me years from now I would be hosting an exclusive group as an accountability coach with this man to complete his new super block, I would have said you must have me mistaken for someone else.

I could barely get through a 25 minute sweat session with him...I didn’t believe in myself & certainly didn’t love the skin I was in. How could someone like me help or inspire others... but here I am years later sharing my journey because it changed my life because I wanted so much more for myself & my life. I gave it my all, I never gave up, I did what I was told to do & I became a believer. A believer in him, a believer in the tools my coach provided me & a believer in myself.
