If you missed joining my 5 day sugar detox, my hope is you come join the next one I host! I absolutely love seeing women make a commitment and stick to it no matter how challenging it may be because I know today on day five they are feeling empowered and reaping the many different benefits just in five days! Fro weight loss to feeling less bloated to not feeling moody and to just feel proud about doing something they never though they could do is something to celebrate for sure!


In my group I shared a meal plan to help them have access to delicious recipes that did have sugar in them! I wanted to share that meal plan with you!
