Are You Struggling To Meet Your Water Goals?

I know this can feel hard for so many of us during the winter months, I also know that a lot of women I have been speaking with have felt like so much is out of their control when it comes to trying to live a healthier lifestyle which is adding additional stress in their life, so if you find yourself struggling with either of these I hope what I share is helpful to you on your journey!

Let’s focus on one simple habit you can begin today that will allow you to reap health benefits, make sure you are hitting your daily goal (find out below what you should aim for) and I have some water recipes for you below that may help you drink enough water feel a bit easier with some healthy added flavors 🙌🏼

Drinking half your body weight in water daily. That means if you weigh 150 pounds your goal would be 75 ounces of water (recommend filtered) a day.

Why does this amount matter? 

Drinking half your body weight in ounces is a general guideline to ensure adequate hydration.

Why does daily hydration matter? 

It offers various health benefits, including maintaining hydration for optimal bodily functions, supporting digestion, promoting healthy skin, regulating body temperature, and aiding in nutrient absorption. 

It also helps flush out toxins, supports joint health, and may contribute to weight management. Staying adequately hydrated is crucial for your overall well-being.

I have a 40 ounce cup I use daily so my goal is to drink two of those per day which helps me exceed my daily water goal= a win. If you need a 40 ounce water bottle here is a link to mine:

I also recommend adding in a clean electrolyte once a day. Why? Electrolytes are essential minerals like sodium, potassium, and magnesium. Consuming electrolytes helps maintain proper fluid balance, supports nerve and muscle function, regulates blood pressure, and aids in hydration.
