If you are unsure about what exactly you would be committing to let's talk about what this Accountability group is going to be all about along with what this journey will look like for you!

You are going to be learning how to create healthier habits, a routine that serves you instead of overwhelming you and we will coming together as a community that rallies one another on.

So what exactly will you be committing to as a client on this journey?

1. 30 minute workouts 5 days a week with Megan Davies (log in app each time you complete one) There is a modifier so these can be low impact the entire time.

2. Tracking your nutrition daily by following one of our nutrition plans that won't leave you feeling deprived (there is a quiz you can take that will help you figure out which one is a better fit and why for you) Every one of my clients will not only receive accountability from me but will also receive tips, resources along with recipes in my Accountability group but will also receive a weekly check in from me with additional tips, resources and a new meal plan with recipes for the week. You will also get additional support with your nutrition and hundreds of recipes with your client membership.

3. a supplement of your choice (I can help you figure out which ones would be most beneficial to you on your journey)

4. drinking half your body weight in water, so if you weigh 200lbs your goals will be 100 ounces every day.

5. creating a plan and routine that works for you. I will help you with this during our prep week.

6. Participating in the Accountability group by sharing your meals, sharing your workouts, logging/tracking everything mentioned above so I can see how you are doing and engaging with out women in our community! We are on this journey together and it's a safe place to be real. We can share our struggles, obstacles and all the wins along the way!

7. Engage in Prep Week January 2nd-6th. We won't be sharing any meals or workouts in the feed but what we will be doing is getting to know each other, getting a plan in place for our journey, asking questions and I will be sharing daily content and resources to help everyone do just that! We officially begin our journey together on January 9th.
