Are You Ready To Feel Incredible In Your Skin?

I am so excited to start accepting clients into my next accountability group that will begin on March 6th-31st. I know that if you go all in with me on this 26 day journey you will be blown away by how incredible you feel on the 31st.

Our focus is going to be getting the inside right because when we do the outside just naturally falls into place. It's great to look good but what good is that is we don't actually feel our best within? Besides healthy looks differently on us all and my ultimate goal as your Accountability Coach is to help you discover how freaking amazing you are meant to feel.

What exactly are you going to be committing to as a client on this 4 week journey after you officially reserve your spot with me? Well first you will take a nutrition quiz so we know which nutrition program is the best fit for you and why. Then you are going to commit to 5 workouts per week for 30 minutes for 3 weeks and then the last week is recovery week where we will have two 30 minute workouts. These workouts will not only increase fat loss but will help tone and tighten all over. You will commit to showing up in my private accountability group each day and tracking your journey inside the app. I will be hosting a getting started right call with you to help you get started. I will be sharing recipes, daily content, tips and resources to help strengthen your mindset. You will also be getting weekly meal plans with recipes and an outside weekly check in from me to help hold you even more accountable to your commitment and goals. This journey is simple and sustainable which is great news because there is enough in all of our lives that is overcomplicated.
