I am so excited to share what I have to offer clients in July! I can not believe June is almost over with already, can you? I have two Accountability groups you can join!
One Accountability group is from July 1st-31st. Below is a short video so you can get a better feel for what your journey would look like as a client but also all you will get access to with your membership. In this Accountability Group you can commit to any workout you would like to commit to and I can help you figure out which program would be a good fit for you dependent on where you are currently on your journey, what you enjoy and what would help you based off your goals. The second accountability group I am running is with one of my absolute favorite trainers, Amoila! His newest workout is called Chop Wood Carry Water . This journey will begin on July 10th until August 13th and this is what I will be committing to! This workout program will help you increase your strength, balance & agility. There are 3 different workout calendars to choose from. You have the choice of working out 4, 5 or 6 days per week.The workouts are 25-40 minutes long and 3 bonus workouts are included. The program length is 4-5 weeks dependent on which one of the 3 calendars you select is best for your journey. There is also a modifier for the entire program so this is for every level of fitness. Equipment needed is light, medium + heavy weights. Optional mat + foam roller. 70% of the workout is lifting the rest is stretching + flow. Here is the sample workout you can try to get a good feel for what the workouts will be like and what it is like to train with Amoila. He is a NASM + ISSA certified personal trainer who is well known for training professional athletes, A-list celebrities & people just like you & I. As a client of mine you will get access to all the tools mentioned in the video I shared above but you will also get daily content from me inside my accountability group. I share tips, resources, recipes, podcasts and anything I feel can help you on your journey. There is a file section filled with so many goodies for you in there as well plus I also check in on you outside of the accountability group on Sundays. You will receive an email asking about how your week was, did you have any wins or any struggles. Even though I am checking in on everyone in the Accountability group every single day, I also want to connect outside of there with you as well. In that email I will provide recipes, meal plans, tools and resources as well.
