Are You Ready For it?

You don't need a new year, you just need the right tools, to make a commitment to yourself and to get started. I want to help you feel more in control, more confident from the inside out and the opportunity to create a healthier mind, body and soul.

7 1/2 years ago I decided I could not live one more day of my life the way I was.

I was obese because I used food & wine to make me feel good for years.

I was heavily medicated for postpartum depression along with anxiety for years, my baby was 8 years old at this point & nothing had gotten better.

I felt hopeless & so disappointed in the example I was as a momma because I didn’t practice what I preached to my kids, I was negative, had no self confidence & struggled mentally, emotionally, spiritually along with physically.

I never felt good & I was always tired.

I would avoid pictures, social situations & when I would look in the mirror I didn’t recognize who I was not just externally but internally.

I tried every quick fix you could think of.

I also signed up for weight watchers 5 different times.

And on March 3, 2014 I decided to try something different. I signed up with a coach, joined her Accountability group, committed to a workout program, learned how to fuel my body properly & began to do the internal work.

I made myself a promise that day that no matter how hard some days would be or feel or what came my way I was never going to give up fighting for my well being.

This journey taught me to be patient, that nothing worth having comes easy, that once you get the inside right the outside will follow and whatever you are not changing you are choosing.

I didn’t need another quick fix, I needed take ownership of where I was in my life & create new habits so I could finally figure out how to live a healthier lifestyle.

This journey was the first thing I ever did that provided all the tools I needed to finally live life the way I had been craving to.

This journey helped me change my life & now I am on a mission to help other women do the same!

I don’t want to help you lose weight, I want to help you create a healthier mind, body & soul so you can finally discover how good you were always meant to feel!
