EEEEKKKKK! I am So stinking excited to offer this!


Gosh I cannot even begin to tell you the excitment I feel right now. I have spoken with so many women over the last 8 weeks that are struggling for many different reasons so I have been hard at work putting together a 30 day group that is going to be very powerful and a game changer if you are willing to give this journey your all.

I have been listening to you all and praying on how I can help empower others so that this group could be a launching pad into the life you are craving to live. I have put together something like never before and just pouring so much of my time and heart into this!!!!! So if you have been riding the struggle bus mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, it's time to tell the bus driver you're getting off because I am going to provide you the tools that are going to help you in every area of your life! Where are all my emotional eaters at?? What about people who hate being told that they CAN’T eat something?? Or maybe you’re just overwhelmed by all the different weight loss products and programs out there and have no idea to where to begin? Ilana Muhlstein is a registered Dietitian Nutritionalist who has been helping thousands of clients create a healthier mindset & body after doing this for herself. She will be joining us live in our group to help with mindset tips & answer any questions you may have for her. All clients will be provided with her nutrition & mindset tools (i'll share more on that later), we will work through those together from June 1st-June 30th.

Katie Walters will be joining us! She is the wife to Josh Walters who is a pastor at Seacoast church, she has 6 children, founder/ceo of Francis & Benedict & I have heard her preach her heart out. Katie will be showing us & teaching us how to turn to prayer when we struggle with anxiety, overwhelm/stress or not feeling worthy. I know this is going to be so powerful!

Kendra Zierau is a grief counselor who is going to talk to us about how to deal with loss & grief in a healthy way. So whether you have lost a loved one recently or long ago or coping with loss of a job or loss of a relationship you will not want to miss what she is going to share.

Monica Duff is a yoga teacher and she is going to teach us yoga as we stream her class from our homes or yards or parks or wherever you would like to stream it from.

Marybeth Wakefield is a Women's Health Nurse Practioner & she is going to cover the topics of hormones, stress on our bodies & belly fat.

Brittany is a women’s health and infant physical therapist. She is going to talk about pelvic health for women- basically some stretches and exercises for pelvic floor, while educating us on how to correct peeing while jumping (it's a thing for so many of us).

Evelyn is a dietican who will be talking to us about sugar and caffiene additcion. She is going to help us learn how we can break free from these addictions.

And a couple more surprises are in the works!
