You wanted Results, Now It's Time To Do The Work!

My 6 week test group will begin 1 week from today! I am so excited to start this journey with my husband and I can not wait to see who else decides to go all in with us! I know for our marriage being on this journey together has been a game changer and to be honest since we moved out of state we have gotten away from doing this together. When we are comiited to fueling our bodies with good fuel & making these sweat sessions happen, we noticed we natuarally grew closer. So we are excited recommit and can not wait to see who joins us.

First I want you to meet the trainer we will be working with before I share all the details with you. Meet Amoila Cesar, he is the newest celebrity trainer I get to partner up with. Amoila Cesar is a NASM and NCCPT certified personal trainer with clients ranging from pro athletes to celebrities to regular, everyday people. He received his bachelor’s degree in exercise science with a minor in psychology from the University of Central Florida. This is his first collaboration with Beachbody. He was handpicked to create 6 Weeks of THE WORK because of his intense training regimens, the results he’s achieved with his clients, and his motivating, tough-love workout style.

When you join me on this journey as a client I want to make sure I am meeting your needs and serving you in the best way possible. By filling out this client application it will help guide me in making sure you get everything you need to make the most out of this journey.

I have inlucded a picture below that shows what you will be provided but it does not show everything that will be included in your client package. You will also get access to my accountability group for 6 weeks. In this group I will be providing recipes, meal plans, tips, sharing all the tools I have found to be helpful on my own journey, provide a place for you to check into daily to hold yourself accountable to workouts along with your nutrition, you will get to become a part of a community that will not only cheer you on but will also be in the trenches with you. You are also going to have the choice of adding some supplements if you would like help fueling your body better, allowing it to feel it's best from the inside out.
