Headed To Thanksgiving More Thankful This Year


Imagine slipping on your favorite pair of pants, not having to wiggle into them or suck it in or squat in them serveral hundred times hoping to loosen them up. You just slide them on. Then you grab your bra and notice there is nothing bulging over the sides and it fits you perfectly so it's time to slip on that cute top, tuck it in and rock that new leopard belt you just bought.

You are heading to a family gathering and you are just feeling so thankful you decided to make your mind, body & soul a priority. Gosh this feels so stinking good. You feel more confident in your own skin, you feel more energized, you feel stronger and you can't help but feel happier. This is what I want for you to feel this Thanskgiving. And guess what??? Because you are feeling this good, you are not going to go binge crazy on all the foods because you have learned how to fuel your body properly, you know you can indulge and enjoy some of your favorites but it doesn't have to be inuldgant to the point you feel sick. After all you feel so stinking good, why would you want to stop feeling this way?
