How does your health journey & building this business go hand in hand?

How does your health journey & building a coaching business go hand in hand?
Building a business as an entrpeneur is a lot like our fitness journey. Ups and downs. Challenges and changes. A lot of learning & growing.
FIRST: You do it because you either need to or because you love it. Either way during the process you have to find your why because thats what helps you stay dedicated. It's okay if that "why" changes along the way, that happens. That's what will help you stay motivated when you don't feel motivated. There will always be moments or times where we have to do the things we don't necessarily want to do or feel like doing, but we know how imperative it is to keep that compound effect in full gear. (Great book by the way~Darren Hardy)
2: Just like your health journey, your business will only see results with consistency and using the tools you have been given. You have to stay the course during the highs and during the lows, again its important this part is repeated. You have to stay the course during the HIGHS & during the LOWS. A lot of people will stop being consistent or start to skip a day then it leads to two then three and then before you know it you are either struggling to keep your head above water or making your lows lower then they have to be. There are always going to be highs and lows, but you have the choice of controlling the controllable.
3: When something doesn't go as planned are you negative about it or are you searching for the good? Are you using this to grow you or knock you down or paralyze you? How you handle what comes your way matters. Choose to find the good, do not pour energy into the negative & if you have to pray it out, meditate it out, sweat it our or cry it out or my favorite blast the music to dance your way out of this mood, then do that.
4: None of our journeys personally or professionally look the same. Comparison and envy will only set you back. Use other people's successes as fuel to help you keep moving forward, to know that your hard work will pay off and celebrate others when they have success, make no room in your heart for envy.
5: You have to remove "excuses" from your vocabulary, internally & externally. You either want this or you don't. Plain and simple. We are all human beings, so that means we all have full plates and things we are dealing with, that's life.
6: Ask for help or delegate. We have to be okay knowing we can not do it all, which is super hard for those of us that are perfectionist or Type A. Asking for help doesn't mean we are weak or that we are failing it means we are smart because we know thats how we can get it all done the right way. If you can't afford the help you need, trade services.
Lastly: You have to believe in yourself and the life you envision. You can't just say it. You can't just write it down. You have to believe it with all of your being & when things don't look like the plan you have in your head you don't quit or give up, this usually means your vision isn't grand enough and something more incredible than you could ever imagine is headed your way. The only way you will ever be able to experience that is by making yourself a promise: I will give this my all every single day that I can doing everything I know that needs to be done to get to where I am headed & no matter what I will never give up.
You are here for a reason, you decided to become a business owner for a reason, now go show the world why that is!
