HELLO, TRANSFORM :20 – SHAUN T’S NEW PROGRAM COMING 2019!Guess who’s back?! It’s been 3 years since Shaun T has released a new program (except for his killer 1-week program, Shaun Week). And 4 years since he’s released a non-dance program (for those of us uncoordinated people out here!). But soon, Shaun T will be back with another new fitness program called Transform :20!I cannot contain my excitement for this program. T25 was actually the very first Beachbody program I completed and it changed my life! ALMOST FIVE YEARS AGO I WAS CRAVING CHANGE…And it was going to have to be a drastic change, one that would finally allow me to stop feeling so hopeless! I was tired of not loving the skin I was in, hiding form picutres, relying on medications for depression along with anxiety to change my life. I needed tools and support. I truly didn't understand the impact this jounrey was going to have on my life and my families life. So being so desperate for a change, I decided to take on what would be the hardest challenge I had to date because I knew it would require patience this time, not another quick fix or fad if I truly wanted to change my life. I knew I was going to struggle with the additional 50 pounds I was carrying around but I needed to just start and take it one day at a time. Guys, it was hard, it was so stinking hard! I modified for my first 60 days, but still was drenched in sweat. I the begining I dreaded every workout, but as I began to listen to Shaun T's words, I started to look at my workouts differently. Instead of thinking; I hate this, this is so hard, I cant do this, I started to say thing like I am thankful my body can do this. Slowly but surely I went from dreading my daily sweat sessions to looking forward to them. That didn't mean they got easier, but the mind shirt helped a lot. This journey ended up completely transforming my body from the inside out — it’s what sparked a fire in my soul to go on this Beachbody coaching journey and share what changed my life with the world! I know that his new program will do the same and, without a doubt, bring back that “new coach” feeling — all the feelings from struggling in our life to now living a dream life all because I said YES!This is going to be different from other things that you have tried, it’s going to be full of opportunities, it’s just about you opening the door and walking through it like I did with a positive mindset. If you are able to move, that is a blessing in itself, remeber that before that gift is no longer available to you & let’s do this together!

So, let’s talk about this new program…

WHAT IS TRANSFORM :20?

Transform :20 is set to be released January 14, 2019 (who else is thinking New Years Resolutions?!) and Challenge Packs will go on sale starting this December! In this program Shaun T takes a different approach to health & fitness by incorporating the mind as well.

If you’ve already started your fitness journey, you know that half the battle is getting your mind in the right place to stay motivated!

This program is TWO YEARS in the making. As he was developing the program his kids’ babysitter would come to the house every day and they’d put the kids’ down and say “I need to workout, but I’m just so lazy.” So, he started asking questions, figuring out what they wanted in a program! This was developed with REAL people with REAL (busy) schedules in mind.

Just 20 minutes and all bodyweight (no weights needed!). You can do it while your kids nap! It makes it EASY to workout, which is something we could all use.

THE WORKOUTS

Each Transform :20 workout is just 20 minutes long (hence the name) and every single day features a brand new workout — you’ll never have to watch the same video twice! The workouts progress as you do with challenges along the way to test how far you’ve come and measure those non-scale victories!

Shaun T has taken out everything that people have complained about, which means no intense jumping moves. So, if you have any sort of knee problems, or jumping is difficult for you for any reason, you’ll have no excuses! But, trust me, if you know Shaun T, you know you’ll still be moving and getting an awesome workout!

  • 20 minutes each

  • 6 days/week for 6 weeks

TRANSFORM 20 WORKOUT EQUIPMENT:

The workouts are 100% bodyweight based, which means no weights needed! The only equipment required is a step. Yeah, similar to step aerobics, except used MUCH differently — did you check out the video above?!

TRANSFORMING THE MIND

Each week, on your rest day, there will be a new video focusing on getting your mind in the right place and keeping your motivated! The videos help sharpen your focus, visualize your goals, and push you to finish strong.

THE MEAL PLAN:

If you want to maximize your total transformation, you need to eat right—you can’t outwork bad nutrition. The Beachbody Nutrition Guide is tailored to your goals to help you get the most out of Transform :20. You’ll find food lists, delicious recipes, and ways to integrate your daily Shakeology for the nutritional foundation you need to truly succeed. With a program like this, it’s important to keep your body fueled with wholesome, filling, and tasty food throughout the 6 weeks, BUT you will not feel deprived! There are options for treats and the meal plan is very flexible to your lifestyle so you can sustain the plan way beyond this program.​

The supplements SAVED me! Being a busy mom, I rarely had time to cook as much nutritious food as I needed to be able to get in all the nutrients I needed, and even if I did, I would STILL be missing key nutrients! The supplements filled the gaps and saved me so often from grabbing the not-so-great stuff and kept me fueled! I love that the supplements have zero artificial anything! All clean, no junk!
