Halfway Through My 8 week Test Group
Less than four weeks into my 8 week test program and I am feeling so stinking amazing right now!
When I started 3 1/2 weeks ago I was feeling super fluffy, cranky & not my best self. I knew why too 😬🙈. I was not nailing my nutrition at all. I was letting past habits creep back in (emotional eating 🤦🏼♀️)and even though I never missed a workout during that time period, it’s true when they say you can’t out work poor nutrition.
So I was so ready to commit to this nutrition plan and workouts. Back to my healthy lifestyle. Which doesn’t mean depriving myself. I have had 🍹margaritas, 🍦ice cream with my kids and of course some guacamole 🥑with tortilla chips. I have also traveled every single week on this plan. It’s all about learning how to balance your nutrition & fueling your body properly. It's been easy to get my workouts done whether we are staying at someone's home or a hotel, I stream my trainer along with the workout from anywhere. If I do not have access to weights, I just pack my reistance bands to replace the weights.
So cheers to still being able to enjoy all my favorites, see my abs again, no longer feeling fluffy, having energy and feeling back to my best!! Even better is watching the same thing happening for my clients!!
