Gratitude what I felt as I sat in the car yesterday on the way home from Pittsburg to New York, I couldn't help but feel grateful with each invite I sent to each one of my clients for my groups that begin today. I will begin kicking off "prep week" for two groups, we officially get started on nutrition along with starting the workouts on January 15th. One is a 13 week group & the other is a 28 day group. Over 80 men & women have committed to one of these virtually accountability groups, working out, fueling their bodies properly & how honored am I that they are allowing me to walk along side of them on this journey to better health. I know physical transformations are what motivates most people & the external transformations we achieve are a very important part of this journey. We want to be stronger, healthier & feel good in our own skin. What I wish I could share with everyone is what it feels like on the inside when you start investing in your well being & treating your body along with your mind the way it deserves to be treated...because if you could feel how good this feels you would not hesitate to get started on this journey.

This isn't something we work hard to achieve & then go back to our old ways.

This isn't about a quick fix.

We are all really busy.

We don't all have to have the same goals.

I want you to know how darn good this feels because I truly believe we all deserve to know what feeling our best self should feel like. It's not about having societies perfect body, but it is all about feeling & being the healthiest version of you from the inside-out.
