We Get To Chose Where and What We Want To Focus On

It is so easy to get consumed by negativity or focusing your energy on everything that isn't going right.

Someone messaged me this message the other day... "Why can't you just be real and share all the crap that isn't going right, because that's more relatable than what you put out there or is it because you live a perfect life?" Tears started streaming after I read this. There are many obstacles I am battling in my life personally and professionally right this moment. But I am choosing not to give those negative things the light of day. If I start talking about them or thinking about them or posting about them, then I am going to attract more negativity into my life and I am choosing not to live my life like that any longer.

I am human, therefore perfection does not exist in my personal or professional life. I feel stronger internally when I focus on all I am grateful for and my blessings are what I want to give light to.

So as I sit here in my teams "miracle mindset training" for my job, tears start to stream down my face again. Not because I am sad, because I am truly grateful my job requires me to fill my cup first, to focus on personal development and this training is reminding me of all the things I truly needed to be reminded of and need in my daily life. Today I breathe out all the negativity I have been holding onto out of my heart, head and soul. Today I breathe in all the things my heart, head and soul are grateful for.

Feeling like grateful is an understatement when it comes to having this job. I have never had a job that wanted to me to be so good to myself mentally and could I not want this for anyone out there that wants to live their best life while helping others do the same???

If you want to live life like this because your job requires you to, then why aren't you joining me?? My next coach university begins August 7th and I want to invite anyone to join me that is ready to be fearless, has big scary goals for their life, wants to live this life to the fullest, wants their job to require them to take the best care of themselves and truly wants to make a positive impact in this world!
