Join My Summer Slim Down June 5th

Summer is headed our way & the warm weather is right around the corner. Which means that you have 2 choices! You can embrace the inevitable or you can continue to feel uncomfortable, keep hiding in baggy pants & flowy shirts all summer long.

I can vividly remember the feeling of trying on a zillion different outfits before settling on one that didn't squeeze my muffin top, hid my back fat & my arms. There were many times I didn't want to go anywhere because I felt so uncomfortable in my own skin & every summer when I would pull the summer bin out, I would cry on my closet floor (TRUE STORY!!)

One day after going away on a family vacation with my family, I said enough is enough! I spent my vacation feeling uncomfortable & ashamed to be in a bathing suit. The way I felt about myself prevented me from playing around with my children & truly enjoying our time together, it made me feel sick inside as a mother that my weight & poor self worth was preventing me from creating important memories. I didn't even want to be in any pictures & if I was I deleted them or kid in them. My skin was dull, my mood was negative, my energy level was at an all time low & I knew if I didn't make a change it would only get worse. I didn't want to DREAD summer because I didn't want to put on a bathing suit or shorts or tank tops on those 90 degree days. I had 0 confidence & it was a terrible feeling to carry around day in & day out.

My goal is to prevent you from a CRASH DIET & to help you truly make this a LIFESTYLE change.

I have kept off the 44 lbs, 44 inches, dropped 8 sizes, off medications for over 2 years! I do not feel deprived & this is the best I have ever felt in my own skin.
