Quality Time: With crazy schedules it’s hard not to find time to be together! Make the time and get your fitness on!
Common Interest: You can never have enough shared interests! Find ways outside of your workouts you both enjoy that is active, think outside the gym! Bike rides, Running, long walks, Hiking…
Motivation & Suppor: If you both make Fitness a priority you can motivate and support each other! I know Dave and I push each other out of bed most mornings!
Healthier: it is so much easier to eat healthier when you are both on the same page. You can help each other make better choices!
Balance: If one of you is really into cardio & the other prefers Strength Training pairing up and helping the other out is a great way to help balance out your workouts & try new things together!!!

Memories: So many times Dave & I end up laughing & cracking each other up the whole time. We look forward to having this time together & cheer each other on. We can't always work out together every morning based off our schedules & work, but when we do make it happen together it's just what we needed! We have also helped each other out, by one of us working out while the other gets the kids ready for school!
