"Katie please help me get my shit together" has been the message I seem to keep getting over & over again, so thats exactly what I intend to do!

 

 

Here is what I am hearing over & over again:

 

"I love my crossfit workouts or going to the yoga studio or my orange theory classes or working with my personal trainer but I AM STRUGGLING with my nutrition, my body is not changing & I desperately need daily accountability."

 

Or this...

"Everything I have tried since January 1st are not things I can do for the rest of my life, can you please help me get my shit together?"

 

And Lastly:

"I Want to feel better in my skin before I go on vacation in April can you please help me?"

 

YES! YES! YES! I can help you!

 

Whether you need a new workout regime to do from home, stream at your local gym or you already have a workout program you love I can help support you!

 

Starting Prep week March 20th where I will help you get a plan in place to help you change your lifestyle, feel good in your won skin & provide the daily support along with daily accountability you need in order to make this work.

I have two groups starting on March 20th. One for couples & one for women only & here is what will be provided:

  • Workout program DVDs OR access to the ENTIRE Beachbody Digital library online to stream from anywhere (everything from yoga, pilates, barre, weight lifting, cardio to MMA training. If you don't have a workout you love, I will help you find one)

  • Detailed workout schedule

  • Color-coded portion control system

  • Nutrition guide and recipes

  • 30-day supply of meal replacement/protein/vitamin superfood shake, Shakeology

  • Free coaching by ME

  • MANY meal plans to choose from

  • Accountability & Support group

  • Daily Encouragement & working on personal development (fueling your mind properly is key)

I'll provide you sample meal plans but you will have flexibility and freedom to choose your meals using the nutrition guide and recipes that come with the program.
