Matcha tea is an easy and simple way to add powerful health benefits to your everyday diet. Cheers to all that goodness! So there are many ways you can make this tea. You can have it cold or hot. I boil water in my tea pot, add 8 ounces to the blender with a serving of Matcha green tea. Blend it very well (which is important with this tea) then add 2-3 ounces of coconut milk to it. It does have caffeine in it, but 1/3 less caffeine than a regular cup of coffee. I hope you enjoy this cup of hot goodness!
