Why Would You Wait? Your Time Is Now!

If only you could see & feel the internal changes you would not hesitate to join me on January 30th for my next accountability group.

This is a transformation from the inside out. This is about a woman who felt such shame, disgusted in her own skin, very little self worth, mind boggled at how her husband could be attracted to her, disliked shopping, avoided pictures, missed out on moments with her children because of how she felt, depressed, anxious all the time, no energy, always sick, miserable , negative...I honestly could not stand this woman.

This woman...otherwise known as myself was searching for change everywhere. Constantly googling the quickest fix. I truly thought if I was skinny all my feelings & issues would disappear. If I was a certain number on the scale or wore a certain size it would bring me true happiness. I searched for that magic pill for a long time. Even took some pills that Dr. Oz claimed to be magical & just what I thought I was looking for. I can not believe I thought a pill would change my life?????

I tried so many diets, so many fads & when I look back, none of those things were habits I would ever want my children to witness or pick up...none of those things were never going to provide long term results either...I could not stand the example I was setting.

I am going to tell you things you are probably not going to want to hear, but it's the truth.

First thing you have to change is what you fuel your mind with & some of you may even have to change the people you surround yourself with or the situations you keep putting yourself in.

You have to be kinder to yourself. You have to create a stronger mind in order to break habits you have had for years or maybe your entire life. No pill or surgery or fad can change life long habits. You are going to have to listen or read personal development if you need to gain strength mentally.

You have to be kinder to yourself.

You have to believe in yourself.

You have to push yourself & tell yourself every single day "YOU GOT THIS"

You can not eat everything you want to eat & you are going to have to tell yourself "I can have that, I am just choosing not to have that" and you may have to say it out loud, to others or repeatedly to yourself.

  • You are going to have to do things you don't want to do like:

  • Drink less alcohol

  • Stop drinking soda, juices, lattes & fraps

  • Get up early to workout

  • Learn proper portion & fuel your body properly

  • Pass on the bread with butter

  • Have one piece of cake, even though you are attending two Birthday parties

  • Cook

  • Meal plan & prep some food to set yourself up for success

If you want to change your life, than you are going to have to change your daily habits. It is not going to be easy, but it is going to 100% worth it.

I have all the tools you need to be successful including the daily accountability & support. You have to be willing to change. You have to be willing to give every single day your all. You have to get out of your own way & give every single day your best shot.

Every day you wait to start just makes this process harder & farther away from where you want to be.
