It's Here! The All Access Beachbody On Demand Challenge Pack and Membership

Team Beachbody has launched a brand new option for its customers and coaches called the All-Access Beachbody On Demand Challenge Pack.  If you love streaming workouts from home or want a personal trainer in your pocket every time you hit the gym, then you will be just as excited as I am about this. Streaming workouts has become more and more popular over the last couple of years.  There are so many options out there to choose from, but most of them are lacking some major key potents.  Why would streaming workouts with Beachbody on Demand be any different then other companies offering the same thing?

Even with all the traveling I do & holidays, I have maintained my weight & inches lost because I have adapted to a clean eating lifestyle.  I do not feel deprived, nor starving.  I feel fantastic and in control.  Down 44 pounds, 44 inches, dropped 8 sizes and have kept it all off for over 2 years...that has never happened before in my life.

Each fitness program through BOD has the calendar of workouts and what to do when, this is great because you can plan out your workout times before your week starts. Each program has a nutrition guide you can download, tracking sheets & you have me to help walk you through the program to make sure you are getting the results that you want.  This is not about just starting & completing 1 program, it is about moving through each stage of your journey & entering into a long lifestyle of proper nutrition & fitness.

I used to be that girl that belonged to the gym, that bought the membership on January 1st & vowed that this year would be the year I would make a change.
