Mom Of 3 Transforms Her Mind And Body

Can you relate to the old me?

  • 198 lbs. (not a healthy weight)

  • Size 16 (getting tight)

  • Never felt good (if someone was sick I was bound to get it too)

  • Uncomfortable in my own skin

  • No energy

  • Could not accept a compliment to save my life

  • Depended on food & medication to make myself feel better

  • Did not love myself

  • Was not a healthy example for my kids

  • Disliked shopping because I didn't like the way I felt or looked

  • I found myself being jealous, envious & negative of others because of the way I felt about myself

  • I spoke & thought so poorly of myself

  • I felt disgusted with myself

  • The way I felt in my own skin held me back from experiencing things in life I truly did not want to miss...but I did

Now in 2016 after working out from home for 2 years, fueling my body properly, getting the support/accounatbility & fueling my mind with personal development I find myself....

  • Weighing 154 lbs.

  • Lost 38 inches

  • Size 8

  • Rarely sick

  • Comfortable in my own skin

  • Happier, confident & not jealous of anyone anymore

  • Not relying on food & medication to make myself feel better

  • Loving who I am becoming from the inside-out

  • Setting an example as a mother I am proud of

  • Truly living this life to the fullest

 

I became a fitness & lifestyle coach because I want everyone to know how good this feels. I struggled for so long & tried E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G! Weigh watchers, South Beach Diet, wraps, diet pills, starving myself-which then led to binging and the list could go on and on. Most of the things I did were not healthy, nor were they anything I ever wanted my children to do or could I ever see myself doing for the rest of my life. Now I have created a healthier lifestyle that allows balance & finally allowing me to set the example I longed to set for my three children. It has also given my husband his wife back & I feel like I finally love who I am!

 

Stop with the excuses already because you & I both know none of them are good enough. There is nothing that should trump our health & wellbeing...NOTHING! We don't blink an eye at the amount we spend on cable, internet, cell phones, daily coffees or sodas, clearance items at Target we don't need, our hair, a new handbag, concert tickets, dinners out, but when it comes to taking care of our bodies we question if it's worth it????

 

WITHOUT OUR HEALTH, WHAT DO WE REALLY HAVE?
