Clean And 21 Day Fix Approved Recipe To Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth

Late night snacking here or there has gotten the best of me & I am determined to nail my nutrition every single day! I knew we would have to eat dinner at 3:45PM to travel to our Daughter's away soccer game. I also knew that when we got home at 7:30PM I would be hungry and would not make it to bed without wanting to chew my arm off. So it was very important to have a plan in place, so I could stay on track.
I am following the 21 day fix nutrition plan. I made sure I left a tsp, 1 purple container & 1 red container for tonight so I could make this delicous snack that my Aunt has shared with me!
Super easy to make this. Put 1 red container of yogurt in your dish. I prefer Siggis, it's very low in sugar. Then I put 1 tsp of all natural peanut butter and mix well with the yogurt. Then I fill up the purple container with a small half of a banana and fresh raspberries. This is filling, rich & delicious. It will satisfy your sweet tooth and will not leave you craving for sugar.
This is hitting the spot! A huge shout out to my Aunt Julie for sharing this with me! I hope you enjoy this as much as we do!
