My Internal Transformation

They say the eyes are the windows to a person’s soul... 

 

 

Forget about the 44 lbs, the 38 inches lost, the 8 sizes dropped on this transformation Tuesday…not that those numbers don’t matter but compared to the internal transformation I have made on my journey there truly is no comparison.

 

The way I feel, how I think & the way I am choosing to live my life says it all in my eyes. I have never in my 36 years of living on this earth felt as strong mentally, physically or spiritually as I do now.

  • This happened because I decided I needed to take back my life.

  • This happened because I wanted to change more than I wanted to stay the same. 

  • This happened because I knew life couldn’t be meant to be lived the way I was living it. 

  • I no longer wanted to depend on food to bring me joy or my medications to fix my life, I wanted to take charge of my life.

  • Was it easy? NO! This was one of the hardest things I have ever done. 

  • Was it worth it?? YES! I am seeing this world with a whole new set of eyes.

Gosh if I didn't make these changes, I would still be living in an empty shell alive...but not living & now I am living this life to the fullest.

 

Here is how I changed my life:

  • Daily workouts (at least 20 minutes a day)

  • Learning how to fuel my body properly

  • PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT EVERY!SINGLE!DAY! (favorite book is You Are A Badass

  • Doing things I didn’t always feel like doing, but knew I had to

  • Having the 1:1 support from my coach, group support from other clients in the group, my family, my friends & this amazing community I get to surround myself with

I currently run accountability groups every single month.  I will help you find a workout that will help you reach your goals, help you learn how to fuel your body properly & give you the support/accountability you need in order to succeed too.
