When is the last time you did something for yourself, other then maybe today?

As a woman & as a mother a couple years ago I was at my lowest point. I was overweight, always tired, struggling with depression/anxiety, completely uncomfortable in my own skin, and I was not setting the example I wanted to for my children. I always put myself & well being on the back burner because as I mother & wife I thought it was very selfish to put myself first. Now I know how wrong I was.

Two years ago I decided I WAS DONE!


So how did I get off two of my depression & anxiety meds, lose 44 pounds, drop 8 sizes, lose 38 inches, become healthy, happier & more positive?

I used these tools:

  • A coach for 1:1 support

  • An accountability group for daily accountability with my nutrition & workouts

  • Learned how to eat clean & about portion sizes

  • Worked out from home (currently 22 minutes 6 days a week)

  • Drink shakeology (daily vitamins & nutrients)

  • Ten minutes of personal development a day

This is the first time ever I have found something that works,it is a lifestyle change not a fad or diet. I do not feel deprived and for a food lover like me, if I can do this so can you! I have kept the weight & inches off & my body is still changing.
