We All Just Want To Feel Good In Our Own Skin

One of my biggest goals I wanted to achieve when I first started my weight loss journey was to feel good in any outfit I chose to wear from my closet. I spent way too much time in my past trying everything on and it either didn't fit or it was too tight or I just didn't feel comfortable in whatever I chose to wear. I did not want to feel this way every day. Spending time crying on my closet floor & having a pity party was something I wanted to stop dead in it's tracks. The hardest part was during those moments, I struggled with finding how was I ever going to get to where I wanted to be. I tried every quick fix on the market. I did cleanses, I juiced for weeks, I took weightloss pills, I followed The South Beach Diet, I tried Weight Watchers 5 times, and some of these helped me lose weight but then I always put it back on. I struggled to find something I could actually do for the rest of my life, I mean let's be real who wants to diet and feel deprived for their entire life? I surely didn't, I love food. The problem was finding the right tools & when it came to finding what worked I was truly at a loss. Weighing 198lbs, being on three medicines for depression & anxiety, having no energy, never feeling good and being completely uncomfortable in my own skin was an awful way to live. So how did I lose 42lbs, 37 inches, drop 8 sizes, get off two medications and feel the best I have ever felt my entire life? I found a coach, support, & the tools I needed to change my lifestyle. It did not happen over night, but let me tell you I will NEVER go back to the way I use to live my life. I have never felt this good or realized feeling this good was ever possible for myself. I thought I had to be a certain size or weigh a certain number to find happiness again, but my journey has gone beyond that. It wasn't just about changing my body, it was about changing my mind set. So what tools have I used to change my life? It started with finding a Beachbody coach, finding a workout program that fit my needs (I workout from home), learning how to eat clean, incorporate Shakeology daily (gives my body the vitamins & nutrients it needs) and participating in an online accountability group(filled with people just like me) that my coach ran. Having the daily positive/encouraging support from my coach & group was a HUGE missing piece to my puzzle. I am still participating in groups, 23 months later. I fell in love with this process so much, that I had to become a coach & help others feel as good as I do. If you are ready to change your lifestyle & stop dieting, then we need to chat! My next online accountability group will begin on February 22nd. I will help you find the perfect workout that fits your needs and will help you reach your goals. If you are ready to feel good in your skin & rock any outfit you chose, then contact me & let's make this happen together!
